We VALIDATE (pay for your parking for the time you visit with us) when you park in the “CEDAR LOT” aka “Cedar Riverside Parking”. This is the outdoor, ground level, single level, parking lot that is across Riverside Ave from our Clinic. You must notify us that you parked in that lot when you first enter our clinic, so that we can validate your parking within the first 15 minutes of first parking in the lot.
The entry into this lot is from 3rd street which is a one way, so you must access 3rd street from Cedar Ave. to enter the Cedar Lot.
2nd Option: 19th Ave & 5th St, Street. 1 hour parking, FREE PARKING:
Most often there are open spots to park here.
3rd Option: Parking lot between Hardtimes Cafe and Dilla Restaurant (Cheap Parking: $2 for 2hrs):
